ESPN: digital unit grows its global fan base

ESPN’s Digital & Print unit used Volta to leverage the geographical diversity of their business to grow the global fan-base by 60% to 120 million monthly unique visitors across platforms. We worked with top leaders in the unit to expand the D&I mindset within the unit, and shaped the design of the new office space to maximize inclusion and collaboration.

Nike: a workshop for its global workforce

Nike partnered with Medici and used Volta to create one of the most successful workshops in their history: The Medici Effect Workshop .The workshop made diversity and inclusion key innovation drivers across the company, and Nike subsequently rolled it out in over 40 countries.

Medici designed, curated, and facilitated a D&I Summit to empower and mobilize internal ambassadors to apply a new approach to diversity and inclusion.
