The Senior Consultant position is a client-facing role key to the success of a client engagement. Responsibilities are split between leading client engagements and coaching executive teams in specific types of engagements. As an engagement leader, the Senior Consultant manages deliverables, staffing and resourcing for projects; facilitates discussions and sessions with clients, including executive leadership; develops new models and frameworks; and contributes to Medici’s growing consulting practice. In some engagements, the Senior Consultant participates as a specialist, working with a number of client teams simultaneously, assessing their progress in executing their project, providing insight and guidance around common traps of innovation, and rallying teams to push through, in spite of unexpected outcomes. Critical to the Senior Consultant’s success is his or her understanding and ability to apply the Medici Approach to client challenges and ability to empathize with client teams navigating internal infrastructures that inhibit rather than spur innovation.

Content Marketing Associate

The Content Marketing Associate's primary responsibility is to innovate and reimagine content commensurate with Medici's brand. This includes imagining, creating, mixing and producing compelling content to support our marketing efforts.

This person will use the art of storytelling to develop multimedia content, for both print and digital resources, that augment the brands of Frans Johansson and The Medici Group. This role requires a deep understanding of Johansson’s thought leadership, as outlined in his bestselling books The Medici Effect and The Click Moment, and the ability to create content in a wide array of formats.  In addition, this individual will also create content for marketing collateral, such as magazines, promotions, events, email newsletters, online campaigns, and social media. Executive Coordinator

The Executive Coordinator is a smart, no-nonsense, technology-savvy individual with strong organizational and communications skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment requiring flexibility, collaborative teamwork, and an extreme level of organization. The Executive Coordinator will work closely with the firm’s partners in conducting the business of a global innovation firm, with the majority of his/her time providing high-level administrative support to the founder and CEO and requires diplomacy and discretion.

Clerical duties include calendar management, expense reporting and arranging travel. If needed, you may need to work off hours to manage through unexpected complexities, including problems that occur outside of normal business hours. It is expected that you will have enthusiasm for adventure and intellectual curiosity for continuous learning.
