THE GRATITUDE NETWORK
LAKE NONA: MEDICIAL CITY
The Gratitude Network identifies “game-changing” social enterprises around the world who are improving the lives of underprivileged and underserved children and accelerates the success and growth of these organizations by impacting the leadership. Gratitude is on target to impact over 120 social enterprises by 2021, whose reach extends to over 50 million underprivileged children/youth.
The Medici Effect is one of pillars of inspiration behind Medical City, a $5 billion life sciences development at Lake Nona in Orlando. Today, Medical City exemplifies the Medici Effect on earth, bringing together research facilities, educational institutions, entrepreneurs, and clinical treatment centers. We have collaborated with Lake Nona to expand its regional influence, and to create an innovation ecosystem that serves as an example for the rest of the world.
INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS CREATIVITY
Launched in April 2018, the Institute of Business Creativity bridges the business world and academia to produce relevant, highly impactful, practice-based research and solutions. As a new educational model at École hôtelière de Lausanne, the pioneering university for hotel management, the Institute aims to deconstruct the traditional creative process. They used The Medici Effect as a catalyst.
