We are seeking full-time and part-time/contractor trainers who demonstrate strong presentation skills and the ability to foster excellent group dynamics for upwards of 150 people. The full-time trainer will also be involved in customizing sessions to support consulting projects and developing and designing new off-the-shelf workshops for training and events.
CONSULTING (MULTIPLE POSITIONS)
We have multiple positions open in our consulting practice, from the Director level to the entry-level Analyst. We have a strong point of view and approach that runs counter to traditional strategy, so experienced candidates must be prepared to question their learnings. These roles will have exposure to the highest level of executives, as we work with them to implement new leadership models, upgrade their culture of innovation, and develop new products and services.
This position is ideal for a marketing professional with 2-4 years experience, preferably in both digital and field marketing, looking to play a larger role in shaping a business. The individual will plan and drive multi-channel marketing integrating web, mobile, email, search, social and traditional promotion for our workshop and training business.
We are seeking 1-2 Sales Associates for our workshop and training business. These individuals will work closely with our Vice President of Sales to drive sales of corporate and public trainings. Ideal candidates should have proven sales track, an entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent relationship building and management skills.
We have immediate need for a talented individual to provide administrative support to our partners. We expect that a third of your time will be spent on special projects that span marketing, creative, and product development. Ideal candidates are exceptional at multi-tasking and do not get flustered easily. You are tech savvy and can solve problems on your own, but thrive as a team player. This is an excellent position for ambitious individuals, 1-3 years out of college, looking for growth opportunities in our firm.
