ELEVATE YOUR DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION AGENDA
A portfolio of products, services, and tools with one goal: to connect diversity and inclusion (D&I) to the business. D&I efforts are escalating across the world as increasingly more companies have come to understand the power of diversity as a driver of innovation. Most organizations, however, still struggle with connecting these efforts to the business.
Usually, D&I programs and engagements are kicked off on a parallel track from the business. Medici’s DDI portfolio of products and services will help you draw a clear line of sight between D&I and your organization’s innovation agenda.

ESPN: digital unit grows its global fan base
ESPN’s Digital & Print unit used the D&I a Portfolio to leverage the geographical diversity of their business to grow the global fan-base by 60% to 120 million monthly unique visitors across platforms. We worked with top leaders in the unit to expand the D&I mindset within the unit, and shaped the design of the new office space to maximize inclusion and collaboration.
Nike: a workshop for its global workforce
Nike partnered with Medici and used the D&I Portfolio to create one of the most successful workshops in Nike’s history: The Medici Effect Workshop. The Medici Effect Workshop for Nike made D&I key innovation drivers across the company, and was rolled out in over 40 countries.
Spotify: creating company-wide D&I ambassadors
Medici designed, curated, and orchestrated a D&I Summit to empower and mobilize internal ambassadors for a new approach to diversity and inclusion. Mastercard: maximizing the BRG strategy
Mastercard's Inclusion and Diversity team partnered with Medici to align their I&D efforts towards creating transformative and innovative ideas that can help the company's growth agenda. We designed and executed a Strategy Summit for Mastercard’s business resource groups to reorient their impact around solving business challenges.
“One of the tasks I asked Medici to work with me on was looking at our management...our decision making... at the talent we have, and helping me identify opportunities…We went from being an also-ran in Mexico and Australia to being number one…And we won the national magazine award for general excellence in Alison Overholt’s first year [as Editor-in-Chief of ESPN Magazine, and the first female editor of any major sports magazine].”
