BUSINESS COACH / SENIOR CONSULTANT

We are seeking a full-time senior consultant with specialty in and passion for coaching executive teams. This individual will perform day-to-day consulting responsibilities, as outlined below, and, when needed, be able to provide specialist team coaching. The business coach should be assertive in his/her approach, understand the typical challenges inherent in large organizations, and can rally others to a desired outcome. Top candidates must demonstrate executive presence, strong experience navigating corporate settings, and directive communication and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a professional environment. Experience working in a large corporation is highly desirable. Experience working in or with startups is a plus.
