A Certified Medici Trainer will lead a group through a set of exercises through which participants will:
- Learn Medici innovation tools that will inspire a wealth of innovative ideas and how to refine and execute these ideas.
- Map out the resources within their own company and how to use these resources as a base for new ideas. These ideas often map back directly to their job function or company.
- Be exposed to a range of case studies and understand how they relate to their own company through intense interactions with other participants.
